School camp safety and programme planning
This page separates current Camp Mae Thorani provisions from the questions a school should confirm before booking.

Current provisions described by Camp Mae Thorani
Group supervision is planned around the agreed itinerary. Current provisions include Government certified ranger guides, First-aid-certified staff, insured transport, and direct sanctuary access. Accommodation and meals are planned with the group. Once a booking is confirmed, authorised organisers can provide necessary individual allergy and dietary details through the protected Camp MT portal.
Emergency planning is part of the pre-trip process. Relevant contacts, medical considerations and escalation preferences must use the protected portal supplied for the booking, never a public enquiry form or ordinary email.
Explorer programme outline
The two-day Explorer outline combines arrival and camp orientation, guided outdoor learning, practical nature activities, meals and an overnight stay. Learning outcomes can include observation, teamwork, respectful behaviour in natural places and reflective discussion.
Packing and school planning questions
Bring closed shoes, a reusable bottle, weather-appropriate layers, sun and rain protection, and personal medicines. Before booking, confirm supervision ratios, itinerary timing, transport details, accommodation arrangements, food and allergy handling, accessibility needs, emergency planning and the learning outcomes your school wants to support.
